  • How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?  Order status is maintained online.  We send all tracking informaion to the Email you provide us, You can simply can Contact Us on skype: zbnazareth or in our Chat System and we will response within 2 hours.  Please be patience as we receive hundreds of emails and we will get to you as soon as possible.
  • How Will My Order Ship And Will I Receive A Tracking Number?  If you request Free Shipping, we generally ship your order via Israeli Registrated Mail.  It may be shipped via another method at our discretion.  If you choose a different method of shipping (Priority Mail or EMS), your order will be shipped via that method.  Tracking numbers are shown at our site or at Amazon / Ebay depend where you purchase.  Notifications are generally sent out at the end of the day on the day the shipment was processed. Please note: We now use multiple warehouses to fulfill your order.  Your order may arrive in several shipments depending on the location of the product and where you are phyically located.
  • I Tracked My Shipment And It Says It Has Been Delivered, However, I Never Received It.  Generally we find that your order has arrived.  You can check with the carrier to see if they are holding your package.  Sometimes carriers (especially the USPS) at the local facility because it item is large and won’t fit or they don’t feel comfortable leaving it if someone isn’t available to receive it.  Another solution is that someone else in the household has received the shipment, and they forgot to tell you.  And finally, please check all the entrances to your home, especially doors that you may not use often as the carrier may have left the item at one of these locations.
  • Can I Cancel Or Change My Order Before It Ships?  Yes toy can just contact us  via email,Skype or Amazon/Ebay to cancel and we will make every effort to cancel the back order, however, we can not guarantee that the order can be canceled.
  • How Long Before I Receive My Order?  We strive to ship out your order within two business days. Depending on the shipping method selected, the arrival expectation is 14 to 20 business days. In some cases, this may take 25 days or longer.
  • I Can See An Item Online, However, I Can Only Add It To The Wishlist.  If you can’t add an item to the shopping cart, it is currently no longer available from the manufacture.  It may return again and so we are keeping a place holder just in case.  Otherwise, we will eventually remove the item from the store.
  • I Don’t See The Item I’m Looking For In Your Store, Does That Mean You Don’t Have It?  Not necessarily.  Many items can be hard to find or have limited availablity.  If there is an item that you are looking for, it is possible that we can obtain that item for you or know where to find it.  Just Contact Us online and we will let you know what we find.
